wait, Mularkey is coming back? when did this happen?

 

kick coverage was still bad. otherwise ST was pretty good.

You guys are over rating the schedule

 

Name the last coach that took a 2 and 3 win team to back to back winning records and almost playoffs (yet to be determined this season) and got fired after 2 seasons.

We as fans see this as failure, but it's a long damn ways from the last several years and ownership will see it as a big win.

Unless Robinson has major pull and convinces ownership to make a change, Mularkey gets to at the very least finish out his contract. No way they fire him and pay 3 coaches. (I think they're still paying off WHIZ's contract)

If all of that doesn't seem like a common sense, logical thing...I don't know what to tell ya.

 

All of those teams could very well suck next season. (Except maybe the Patriots) Or the bad teams could be good next season.

That's why changes are made and the games are played. Can't base everything on previous seasons.

 

Not a lot really changes year to year, we can get a good idea of our success next year based on today's events and the schedule

How did I know wed be 8-8/9-7 when the schedule came out last winter....

Can't count on rookies so that's a wash, and most teams don't rebuild all in 1 year... Bad teams stay Bad, good teams stay good.

Looking at our 2018 opponents were not running away with anything. Expect another 9 win season in 2018
