Can't deny the importance of field position.. Where do you feel we stand in that dept after the loss of Pac and Wade?

Eh. It is important. But you plug in someone fast and let them run. It's that simple if you ask me. There are plenty of return men who go undrafted if we still need some help.

After years of watching McNair, I think field position is less crucial. Young will pick up gobs of yards when we need them most. I'm not too worried. I always feel like he can take off and get a quick 15 yards. I think most teams will try to bend, but not break against us, and that will give us some yards.

Id let Paul Williams compete for the return job. Hes a huge dude and seems to have some speed. Finnegan too. That dude is extra fast.

Who knows. Chris Davis might be our new Derrick Mason. Play return for a while and someone goes down and he gets the start and bam.

Pac really hurts. Cortland is a really good athlete, so maybe he can make some plays there.

Wade was ok, but I don't see much of a problem replacing him. Roby could probably do just as well.

  7. I wouldn't make Finnegan a return man, I'd want a guy who's used to catching a ball, especially at returning punts...

    So Roby it is...

You could put Cortland as a kick returner I guess...

While Cortland didn't return a lot of punts in college, he got some experience there and last year here. We've put returns in questionable hands before (Pac), so I don't think they'd be afraid of trying CF. I wouldn't, he'd be the 1st guy I'd give the shot to.

  9. Pacman.... i remember people booed him for muffing the punts... i would put finnegan back there right now

PR- Chris Davis. He's pretty good at this, actually. I doubt he will ever be as good as Pac, who was the best in the NFL, IMO. But he was good in college.

KR- Chris Henry. He has the speed and the size to take a hit. Plus, he's our 3rd RB most likely, and this would be a great way for him to contribute.
