I love watching El Dub's smash into the line, two yards and a cloud of fat, running style. He just seems to enjoy it so much and I think he's fully aware of how much of a pain in the *** he is for defenders. In week one against the Jags, White drove his helmet into the chest and chin of either Stoud or Henderson. The big DT's helmet popped off and and he walked to the sideline spitting blood from his mouth. LenDale got up grinning that silly grin of his and waddled back to the huddle.

White reminds me of the character from X-Men called Juggernaut; he might not be hard to catch, but once his momentum is going forward it takes a huge effort to bring him to a stop, and there's no doubt that that takes a big toll on the defences and really tests their conditioning. The nice part is the Henry and Brown's running styles are almost a perfect compliment to White.

I was a critical as anyone and he's proving me wrong. At the same time, the defenses he's hanging 100 on are not among the elite of the NFL. Let's see him this Sunday.

If a low yards per carry is the only thing we can complain about i'll take it. I never expected him to be more than 50-70 yards and a score most weeks. He can keep the 3.0 ypc if the Titans can keep winning.

This week is a big one for many reasons. The Jags are a good test for our offense, and we can probably still win if we keep it low. If we win, we pull far ahead of the jags in the wildcard race, basically knocking them out of it. If we lose, things become much closer.

It is actually three consecutive ... a "couple" implies two. :suspect:

Sit Lendale???? And play who? We can't rely on Brown... I'm not saying LW is the answer to everything but he's doing a good job of carrying the load. He bangs and bangs and still manages to stay healthy.. (knock on wood) He plays right into the Jeff Fisher game plan. Get enough yards to keep the clock and the chains moving, play good D, and you'll have a chance against anyone. Fisher's a clock management guy... As boring of a style that it is, that's what it is. I would love to see LT back there but it ain't gonna happen.

And yet another reason why it’s a good idea to have an accountant in the forum..
Thankyou Blazing Arrow.. Now please feel free to tuck your calculator away.. :geek:

Agreed. With our one-dimensional offence, he keeps the chains moving, even with 2-3 defenders on his back.
I don't think our O-line has been that great this year, they've been a little inconsistent and has given up too many tackles behind LOS.
