Time for a new direction

nobody wants to speak on why since 2000, none of our QBs have improved their weaknesses since college. Our QB development, along with WR development, has been bottom of the league. See teams like the Steelers, Pats, and Whoever the Shanahan tree touches, they get service out of nothing. And we keep plucking talented guys from college and make them look worse than anybody else more than any other team in the league.

If this article is to believed to be true, where was the coaching for Mariota. If these things were known before he got drafted, why did they not work to fix them?

That's right, we were too busy trying to chase a wining coach or OC every damn year.
