Posted by ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky CHICAGO -- The Titans have gotten solid pass protection from their offensive line, but have not been able to run the ball at Soldier Field, where they are knotted at 7-7 with the Chicago Bears.

Tennessee has run 13 times and has a minus-5 yards total. Five of their runs have been for negative yardage, and a 7-yarder by Chris Johnson on the game's first play from scrimmage is the long play on the ground.

The Titans have been particularly ineffective on first down runs -- their last six have netted negative 11 yards -- and need to come out with a better plan in the second half for getting safety Mike Brown out of the action.

Fullback Ahmard Hall further added to the run woes by fumbling on a fourth-and-goal from the Chicago 1.

Jeff Fisher's teams always stay committed to the run, even when trailing. But if it keeps going this way, they may be sacrificing too many plays to remain in position to win.
