    the first, he was lucky to catch it. i thought he let it get by him, but he made a nice one handed catch.

    Thompson looked like he completely got lost on that first TD. I have not seen the replay, but it was coming right at us and it looked like he was lost.

    the first td was one of four things.

    1. lamont is just that slow.
    2. clayton is just thats fast.
    3. he was lost.

    I'm assuming he was at fault (biting on the play action), but I don't want to completely discount the possibility that the CB screwed up his coverage.

    It looked like Hill bit on the fake too, however in all likelihood the back (I think it was a back anyway) in the flat would have been his responsibility, while Lamont would have the deep route.... unless a more exotic coverage was called, but I somehow doubt it.

    Safety should never be beaten deep if a CB has coverage on that receiver. I thought that the CB had other coverage and Clayton rolled out to the sideline and Thompson lost him.

    But...either way...was a burn.
