Did that game not count toward our record?... I guarantee you if Jake Locker were playing that game you guys would surely hype him up using it.

Hypothetical nonsense. "If"... "if"... truth is, we were in position to make playoffs. How it happened is irrelevant, because it's going to happen every year. Do you knock off all other teams' wins that come in the same fashion?

    You're reaching.

... we don't have a better option than Hasselbeck currently. Sorry, bro.

Mike Munchak and Company dissagree, and are being paid to make these evaluations. I think I'll trust their judgement and have a good season watching some Titans football.

It does count toward our record. So did that last Colts game.

Hypothetical situations are off limits? Says the guy whos biggest knock on Locker is that he threw those "sure picks". That is no more of a stretch than saying we would have lost those games if the texans played their starters

Sure it did, but are you just going to count on us playing teams that have clenched home field advantage every year in order for us to pull off a winning record?
No, I would not be hyping Jake if he just barely beat the Texans 2nd & 3rd stringers after they let us have the game. That's nothing to brag about. I'm not naive or impractical.

No, it is very relevant actually. Hasselbeck got 7 of his 9 wins against terrible teams and 1 was a gift from the texans. You can't count on us playing that many crappy teams every year. You have to factor in everything. You can't just close your eyes and plug your ears durring the season, and then at the end just look at the record and think you can do the same thing every year. Don't be so nieve. Except for the ravens game, hasselbeck sucked against good teams. He's an average-at-best, aging, inconsistent, declining QB. He will probably get you some wins against the bad teams, he'll loose to the good teams, and he'll probably be plagued with nagging injuries and not finish the season. He doesn't have anything left in the tank. He's not a reliable QB in this league anymore. If you can't see that then you're either naive, biased, or you need to raise your standards.

No, you are reaching, Bro. Seems like you don't have much to bring to the table.

Put your bias aside, watch the games, and look at the facts. We do, in fact, have a better option than Hass, and we have for a while. Everything tells you that, and since Monday our coaching staff is telling you that.
