I crack myself up sometimes.

 

I think the "will anyone even want to come here" argument is a little over blown. There are only 32 NFL OC, 32 NFL DC, and 32 NFL HC positions on the entire planet, and of those 32 positions only a few will be open at the end of the year. If you want to be an NFL coach, you can't be very choosy. The only ones that can are the super high profile guys like Gruden or Cowher that have the cushy jobs already and can wait for the perfect oppurtunity.

Plus its not like people don't want to come to Nashville. A lot of people (players and coachers) that go there love it and end up making it there home even after they leave. I mean if people will go coach in Oakland, they will go coach anywhere.

Plus, we have enough talent that I think a really good coach could turn us around in 1 season. Thus looking like a genius

As far as the original question ... I voted fire them all. Earlier in the season I would've said okay to Munch getting a new shot, but the more I think about it, the more I think it would be best to just blow it up. Mainly because it seems Munch just has trouble getting his players prepared and motivated to play. There are games that we just come out flat and don't execute (missed tackles, dropped passes, costly penalties and turnovers). Thats not a fault of the scheme, that is just a lack of focus and motivation. These are NFL players, we know they have the ability to be making plays, but they are not. IMO a good NFL coach would not stand for that, and would set the tone to let the players know it won't be tolerated. I feel like our players have no accountability, so they don't really care.

I want someone to come in and instill a winning attitude in our team. Someone that won't except losing. We don't have that right now.

I like Munch and would hate to see him go but he's better as an O-Line coach. Get people who have no ties to the Oilers/Titans and Texas. A guy who will make changes.

If Munchak was to get fired, and we could hire any HC.. who would y'all chose?

(don't chose any CURRENT HCs for a different team, unless they may get fired.. like no Billicheat, Harbaugh, etc)


... I think I would chose Gruden. Even though his record is eh, he could get some FIRE under this team.
