    If Matt Damon hadn't been "buddied up" with Affleck... it would have sucked.

    Affleck will be fine.

    People are acting like the role of Batman is something difficult. Anyone with a pulse can be a decent Batman.


    Plus, everyone wants to knock Affleck- but he's actually been on a decent roll as of late. Let Gigli go... just let it go...

    He is better playing a heel in movies. Also thought he was good in Dazed and Confused playing the bully.

    Clooney and Kilmer played camp versions of Batman in a deliberately camp movie. Warner said no to dark Batman movies after Keaton's second one.

    Also, Bale is not that far above Keaton as BW/Batman.
