Been a fan since the Earl Campbell days. Currently living in Maryland and planning to see one of the games this year as the titans will be here playing the ravens and redskins.

    Good evening everyone.
I am a new signee on this site. I am usually on Titanscentral over the years I have been a fan since the beginning of the end of the Houston Oilers era.
I am from Canada and enjoy keeping up to date with this site. I am going to the game this weekend in Nashville vs Dallas and had a few questions, as it is my first time visiting.

    1. Which is better for tailgating as a visitor in the city? What would be the best options?
    2. Best places for shopping outlet wise?
    3. Is it better to go to a Vanderbilt game or experience it at a sports bar?
    4. What are the best bars for the nightlife?
    5. Are stripclubs not too great here?
    6. Best golf courses around the city?
    7. Any other advice?
    Thanks, and Go Titans!

Welcome in. See my replies below.

There are a a lot of areas around the stadium. We all part about 10 minutes away at a lot which charges $15. I can give you that address if you'd like.

Oprymills. It's not close to downtown tho.

It's shaping up to be a rough season for Vandy so doubt they'll be very competitive against many of the SEC teams they'll face. That does make getting tickets easier. If you haven't experienced an SEC game, it might be fun going.

It depends on what you like doing. I like lower Broadway though it isn't very family friendly late at night. Lots of country music. Visit the Nashville forum for some ideas.

    Wouldn't know bout dat. :suspect:

There are many but they are scattered around. I play Forrest Crossing which is about 30 minutes south of Nashville. McCabe is a metro course and closer.

Go to the Nashville forum and browse. Knowing what you like or if there are kids involved would be helpful. Nashville has a lot to offer.

Hey, Titans fan from all the way in Australia. First NFL game I ever saw was the 2000 Super Bowl. As a 10 year old, I decided to support the Titans because the name sounded way cooler than the Rams. Since that day I learned as much as I could about the sport, as it previously had a low profile over here. Much more popular now than it was 10 years ago though.
