    Offense (25)
    QB (2) - Young, Collins

Rattay hasn't shown enough to beat out Collins which was a long shot from day 1. I can't see us keeping 3 QBs this year given that we only kept 2 last year and Young is a more proven (not perfect) commodity

RB (3) - White, Brown, Henry
    FB (2) - Hall, Cramer

Cramer is an effective swing guy and is certain to stick. He is also just about our best ST player and without Nickey (more on that later) he will likely captain that unit.

    WR (6) - Jones, Moulds, Roby, P.Williams, C.Davis, R.Williams

Filani or Ealy possibly to PS. Gage and Orr cut.

TE (3) - Scaife, Troupe, Hartsock

The UDFAs have shown something but there isn't room for them here. Troupe is the biggest name on the bubble.

OL (9) - Roos, Bell, Mawae, Olsen, Stewart, Loper, Wand, Amano, Harris

Mike Otto likely gone. Not sure if he's even a PS candidate. Geisinger and Wand probably battling for the last spot but Wand offers more versatility outside.

    Defense (25)
DE (4) - KVB, Odom, LaBoy, Conover

LaBoy caught a break with the injury to Ford. Conover is a keeper because he can play inside in a pinch.

DT (5) - Haynesworth, Brown, Starks, Long, Mahelona

Mahelona on the bubble. With Conover and Brown both swingmen, his roster spot is available if we can upgrade at either DE or DT.

LB (6) - Bulluck, Fowler, Thornton, Tulloch, Gardner, Woods

LeVar Woods beats out Nande and Toone for the last spot here based on ST play. I'm still worried about our MLB play. Fowler looked a bit slow to react the other night and Tulloch is quicker but has a tendency to be dragged backwards by the runner when tackling.

CB (6) - Harper, Griffin, Finnegan, Hill, Herndon, King

Eric King wins the 6th spot thanks to Griffin. With Griffin able to swing to Safety if need be we keep the extra CB. Ryan Smith likely a cut (possibly PS).

    S (4) - Hope, Lowry, Fuller, Thompson

Nickey is the odd man out. Scott not showing enough. If ST have a melt down in the next couple of weeks, they may keep Nickey and dump Eric King to shore up ST.

    Specialists (3)
    LS - Amato
    P - Hentrich
    K - Bironas

I think Bironas has responded well to the challenge from Vaughn. The job was truly up for grabs, but I think Bironas holds on.

This may sound strange but Vaughn used to punt some at Auburn and Hentrich can't play forever so maybe we could put Vaughn on PS till Hentrich is gone.

I do, too. I posted on the other website the same thing you did, Carpy. Same everything, except 8 OL and 7 WR. Why? With Harris, Amano and Loper, we have all 5 positions backed up and can call up someone off waivers or the PS. I went with this since this is usually a more stable group, injury-wise, and if we want Ealy, he probably won't clear waivers.

I keep Cramer. He's so versatile.

    why cant you?
    he hasnt done anything?
he's a late round pick and we arent like we were a few years ago where all the draft picks made the team because we had a lack of talent and depth...We are more proven and have competition now,he doesnt get a pass for being a rookie.
He's done very little and Biren Ealy looks so much better, more athletic, fluid in his routes and more natural catching the ball...

Why are we cutting draft picks left and right? [To you]

and you've seen all that from Ealy's catch where he couldn't keep his feet in bounds and the one he caught just because he was tall?

Good list but I think Troupe is gone believe it or not. We will not keep 2fullbacks Cramer and Hartstock have played beeter and avoided injury more than Troupe.

I do not believe Falini makes the squad.

Watch out for another big name to get cut.
