Being that this happened in China, I'm surprised anyone even cared. Seriously, I've read stories where people are so afraid of being sued, they'll just watch others die almost without helping.

That is hilarious, I heard she sued the mall and the guy who made it public lost his job though. Messed up world. But as for the original post. I would have been furious. That was not properly marked at all. edit- I also like to think that most people can walk and talk on a cell phone without being a danger to themselves. Texting is a different story.
