Texas A&M to the SEC?

Step #1: Add Oklahoma and Texas A&M to the West.

Step #2: Add Virginia Tech and Florida State to the East.

Step #3: Tell the NCAA where to go.

 

I think adding TA&M will add extra competition. How much is the real question. I don't really think it will happen though.

 

I think it is more of a question of "when" and not "if". It is definately going to happen. I have no issue with it, but I hope if they add A&M then they go ahead in the next few years and add Oklahoma and 2 other schools. I am not big on a 13 team conference, but 16 teams makes for some interesting possibilities.

We really should add Georgia Tech considering they used to be in the SEC and already have a good rivalry with Georgia.

 

I say grab Texas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma & either North Carolina (Vols gotta schedule them then - lol) or Virginia. Then shift Alabamaor Auburn into the East.

Or they might go with 4 divisions and a 2 game PO - that would PO the NCAA - lol

or they could grab 4 teams from the failed 12 and shift Alabama and Auburn to the East.

 

whoa whoa whoa we don't need to add a ton of teams here.

If we do add Texas A&M (which is fine with me) it should be one team out of the east area. I wouldn't mind F$U but I doubt they come, Clemson is fine.

 

It will be a feeding frenzy if that conference fails.
