hmm...replace Fisher/VY....would love to be able to steal Luck in the draft, but I doubt we have a high enough pick, although losing out would give us a legit shot. As far as replacing Fisher, any of these 3 would make me extremely happy, Gruden, Harbaugh or Rob Ryan.
