Paul said it was closer to 3 hours, meaning they spent almost 6 hrs on a place to Boston... Not good

 

Initially my main concern was they might not have time for their meetings tonight with the delay. But upon further investigation it looks like they will touchdown at around the time scheduled since they pushed up the take off by an hour or so.

Dodged a bullet there

 

That field is getting soaked. Wonder how good the footing will be at kickoff? Henry loves to bounce outside. Doubt he can make those cuts if the field sucks.

Footing shouldn't be an issue. Field Turf has excellent drainage

 

Flight was 2 hours late. M8 swamped for autographs at gate. Channel 4 reported. Said weather could get ugly, but forecast still says clear and 26 at kickoff. WC 19.

 

Weather won't be a concern, rain ending about 10hrs before game they will get field ready. They don't want Brady having to deal with bad footing with a tender Achilles.

The rumor is that BB caused the delay. I expect Mort to break the story and Goodell to start another investigation.

 

Got to airport at 4:30 for 7:45 flt....Southwest cancelled flight to Boston.... got re-booked on Southwest flt in the morning just to have them cancel that one 2 hrs later....booked flt on American into providence....hope this bird flys tomorrow morning
