So I wrote an email in which i blistered the sham coach and pres search, the lack of loyalty/rewards demonstrated to season tix holders despite low home game entertainment
for years. They sent these gifts

I don't like the fact I have to ***** to get free stuff. They should just send it to me.

I agree. My intent was to let my ticket rep know why I'm super pissed at the organization and unlikely to re-up. He told me to hold off on deciding until after FA, and maybe even draft.

Part of my email said they should have a rewards program for season ticket holders. I mean really- there has been very little entertainment value for very high priced tickets. I was surprised at the stuff they sent. The cooler is nice enough but the other stuff inside was was a real surprise.

The paragraph "from Strunk" was well written- at least addressed 80% of my current frustration.
