But then we don’t go into New England and smash the Pats . That was serious stuff.
yeah.... from your TV screen.
I attended that home scatshow
Does not mean people taken that late cannot be good
Let's not get carried away, Long did a decent job late in the year
There's 0 chance Tannehill signs for 22M. He'd get more on the open market from a QB hungry team. I'd be thrilled if they could get him to agree to 3x25 I think.
We need to remember that we were stopped short of our goal of winning the Superbowl. Reassembling the same players is not a recipe for changing that outcome. We need J Rob to continue his work to build and improve this team to make the next step. He has shown us he is on right track. Have some faith.
Very well put
We dont want to show up exactly the same as we were. It only got us so far. But we need to keep the core of guys
Exactly. We need to build off the core guys, not scrap them and start over.
I will guarantee you that if we sign him to a new long term (3 years or more) contract that his cap hit will be under 22mil next year.
Sure, but that is not the average per year. His average per year is what the OP was talking about. GMs can play with those numbers in a ton of ways.
You're cherry picking. That's not what I was saying, but you already knew that.
