    The upper deck was dumping on the handicap row near us so bad that wheelchair fans had to leave at the start of the game. It was sad.

    This is a common issue. I've been to several rain games, and theres always some section pouring water, nothing quite as dramatic as the clip above, but Ive seen similar.
