Count me in for seeing Vince play most of the game. I want to see where his head is at.

This scenario offers up two benefits: we can rest our starters and avoid an injury, also we get to see what kind of players we have that have been inactive for the majority of the year(Chris Henry, Paul Williams) which we have spent high draft picks on.

If you think this team will lose enough rythm to go into the first playoff game and choke, you forget that our offense is vanilla anyway:( I don't care about getting VY involved in our offense, but what better way to get him back on the field, it can't hurt, the game doesn't even matter. I just want some of our bench guys to get some run in a meaningless game. Heck, start Simms and see what kind of game he has?

I bet you if we do rest our starters we still don't see them.

I can't see Fisher resting any starters until the second half unless someone is nursing some type of minor injury. It's going to be a pretty meaningless game but you don't want guys to lose timing or get rusty.

Historically, the teams that rested too much at the end of the year sucked the first game or two of playoffs. Sometimes they still got by it, but they were no longer grooving.

Starters should play around a half IMO.
