At this point, I just can't see Warner being any better than Collins.

 

I still think Leinart will be a good QB. Everyone has a certain road to cross with challenges small to large. Some of them go through it for a reason.

 

From what I know of Norm Chow. He is a disease. He never should have been hired as OC of this team, I believe he did more to stunt the growth of Vince than to help him. The fact that he and Vince didn't get along is no secret, but his firing goes a lot deeper than a small fued with his Qb.

I have a buddy who is the nephew of Lavelle Edwards, former coach of BYU. What he told me was that Chow expected to replace Edwards as the head coach of BYU and when he was passed over he purposely sabotaged the offense and the quarterbacks including one highly recruited signal caller out of Texas named Clements. He let his pride get in the way and felt it was personal. Still the guy is an offensive genius, this cannot be denied, but he has zero people skills and this is evident by the fact that he has burned bridges at just about every stop he has made on his coaching career.

 

Poor Cards fans. Like some of us have the room to bash VY. Their franchise QB is being benched.

Not sure why everyone keeps saying he's being benched. Wisenhunt has even gone public telling people that so far it's not true. Mort was a little fast with his reporting.

Now next week may be a different story, but for now Leinart is still the starter.
