The real test is to see if they are mature and flexible enough to keep us running that power spread scheme and not try to revert us to the pedestrian, 1950s crap they were running.

 

It's better to do things early than to wait until it is too late. Plus, after a playoff win, he may actually be able to get a HC job elsewhere. We aren't necessarily suggesting that he isn't good enough, just that we're wanting to go another direction. He's got his mind set on what he wants his offense to be.
