I'm heading down to Buffalo this Sunday to catch the game. Is anyone else gonna brave the cold? I'm doing the tour bus thing, the itinerary says we should arrive at Rich Stadium around 10:30AM, so I get to tailgate with the Bills fans for a couple of hours while wearing my Pacman jersey... hope I don't get lynched.
I've been to 3 games there. Watched Deion run one back on them as a Falcon, watched the Bills beat the Broncs for the AFC ( kubiak), and the sunday night game after the miracle ( I almost died when Mason returned that kickoff ). It is cold! One trick is to put newspaper under your feet. I am not kidding. It acts as some kind of insulator for their stadium. There is nothing to do there. It's the game and nothing else. No restauraunts either. Eat before you get there. Or eat what you bring. Also, the stadium will rock. It is somewhat friendly inside, but loud. They are passionate about the bills. I only got mugged once, and that was after the miracle. I wore my jersey, and I got shelled. but for the most part, you will have a good time. Good luck!
