I finally got a chance to watch this 3 part mini-series from the BBC. Gotta say, I loved it, especially the ending of the final episode. It was intense. Although I wasn't a big fan of the portrayal of Moriarty (more to do with the actor and his appearance and a kind lunacy he had, though I've never read the books so I am not sure if his portrayal is accurate), I am a fan of Holmes and Watson. It's a shame that it is such a short series but there will be 3 or 4 more episodes in 2011 and perhaps beyond. Did anyone else watch it? What did you think?
Not watched it yet. Lot of great stories to read by Conan Doyle. Have you seen the black and white Sherlock Holmes from the 1940's? Starred Basil Rathbone. Seriously great Sherlock Holmes mini movies even to this day.
