Seahawks to fire OC Darrell Bevell

The FO isn't going to let Mularkey stunt the growth of the players with another sub par coaching staff, if they don't end up replacing him anyway.

Carolina just hired Norv Freaking Turner to be OC - because he & Rivera worked together once upon a time.

Mularkey doesn't have nearly that kind of clout. Thank goodness.

The Turner hire was terrible. Carolina had 400 yards in that playoff loss. Firing an OC for not getting more out of an offense with an $11M speed bump at LT and Cam Newton is like failing a lab student for not curing aids.
