Seahawks to fire OC Darrell Bevell

    Under Bevell with the combination of Russell Wilson and Marshawn Lynch the Hawks were rated 3rd, 4th, 1st, and 3rd in rushing. That is 2012-2015. Since Lynch left they were 25th and 23rd.

    I do think that Bevell's run first philosophy would fit with Mularkey.

    I dont know if Bevell is the answer or not, but Mularky will do something. Surely he wont sign his own death certificate.

    The fact that Josh McDaniels isnt a serious candidate makes me think maybe Mularky wants to leave and the FO is already lining up McDaniels. I know he interviewed for the colts job, but doesnt sound serious.

    I saw they interviewed Matt Ruhle today.

    Bevell should be a solid option for our OC job. But coaches like to hire ppl they know. He has no ties to Mularkey.
