Yep we sure do and you'll see why if you're at the game.

I'm heading for that weekend as well. Getting the vandy bama game in also I think. We're staying in the hostel just over the river from the stadium. Not exactly luxury but pretty cheap and perfectly located.

Just hoping there isn't any 12 flags kicking about my room as I do not trust my self to not do anything to one.

I think staying at Four Points Sheraton in Brentwood would be fine. Just know that it will be a 15 minute Uber ride to lower broadway which is where most of the tourist action is taking place. It is in a safe area of town...just not much in terms of bars and other things in walking distance. Besides the Bama/Vandy game that weekend, the Pilgrimage festival is going on in Franklin Tn. It is a 15 min Uber ride from the Four Points Sheraton as well. On Saturday the lineup includes Justin Timberlake, The Avett Brothers, Gary Clark Jr., Walk the Moon, Better than Ezra, Jerry Douglas....great relaxed festival that is family friendly.

In terms of the game, since it is a late afternoon start the traffic will be a little more dispersed because you will have the fans that still want to get there early to tailgate all day and then those who want to show up to tailgate for an hour or 2 and then those who show up at game time. I can tell you that getting into the game is going to be a always is because you have more tailgaters for late afternoon games and everyone shuts them down at the same time and tries to rush in at the last minute. So my advice to avoid the last minute rush is enter the stadium 45mins early at least...if you try to get in 15min before kickoff you will miss kickoff.

Not sure how many nights you are spending in the area, but if you don't want all the craziness of Broadway all the time then you could consider heading out to Puckett's Grocery in Franklin for some southern food and live music...also the 12th south area part way to Downtown has a bunch of really good restaurants (Urban Grub, Josephine's) If you like ice cream then Jeni's Ice Cream on 12th S is really good. The Gulch is another area just outside of the Broadway zone that has a ton of restaurants/bars...You can walk to Broadway from here...So you could catch Uber here for dinner and then walk to Downtown to Broadway for Honky Tonks.

Martin's BBQ is my place to go before Predator hockey games. It is on 4th ave S and has the coolest upstairs beer garden area...2 different bars...darts, ping pong, table shuffleboard good TVs for watching sports too. The BBQ and smoked wings are awesome...they have several different BBQ sauces you can have, but the one that comes on the table is their more bbq/vinegar based sauce which I really like. If you order wings you have to get the Memphis dry rub and then get the Habenero BBQ sauce to dip them in on the side along with the Alabama white sauce....delicious

Enjoy your stay in the Music City....the flight home will suck though after the loss. GO TITANS!!!!

Saw your fans in 2005, was not impressed. That was before 90% of your current fanbase had jumped onto the bandwagon though.

    RTH Meh...

To be fair... that's simply how fanbases grow. We're going to, are getting, bandwagon fans... and I welcome them with open arms!

Key is if they stick around...

Aqutis30 Do you mind - NOT being a Motaur?

Went to Pilgrimage last year and I'm thankful I lived through it. Damn that day was hawt as F!
