Those guys make a lot more plays too. You're comparing apples and oranges.

It's alright man, you're obviously a Texas homer, there's nothing wrong with that. But Bo Scaife wouldn't start for more than half the league at tight end, we're just the poor basterds who got stuck with him.

No Gresham or Reggie Kelly? Bengals might suck but both are very decent TEs..

Scaife played himself off the field this year. That doesn't mean he also didn't talk himself off the field this particular week. Whatever the reason it was good to see Cook.

I'm not happy with Cook's holding calls - if he's going to step up he can't have those. But I'll give him a pass for a few games as he gets his sea legs. I'd still rather a mistake-prone Cook. He does look like he's got the skills to be a top receiving TE and we need it bad.

VY meaning more to this team than Fisher is as obvious as the sky being blue. My world is the same as everyone elses. You're the one in the minority about Jeff Fisher's place on this Titans team.

I have never said the Scaife is in the same league as Gonzales or Clark. I just don't think he is as bad as some people make out.

As a side note... the TE is also a position the must also be able to block. Cook managed to get two holding penalties last game.

Of course he got called for holding. He's a receiver not a tight end. Make him block and he holds because he doesn't know what he is doing. I think he needs a chance to work on it a little bit. Doesn't the rest of this season seem like a good time to work on it?
