haha sooooo if we lose more than 9 games this season will you say Munchak was better than Whiz? Or will you make up an excuse if Locker goes down?

I'm not in the "Whiz is a miracle worker" camp, I'm just expressing the general sentiment I come across on the board.

They have Avant and Cotchery. While not great they are both decent number 2's and 3's. Plus they have a sick defense and Olsen who is a beast as well.

I don't know if his problem is development, or just selection. He had kolb, and a bunch of scrubs to work with. Kolb was going to suck, no matter what. He is not an NFL starter. Max Hall and Co. were never going to be NFL qbs.

The thing is that no matter whose in charge it always fall on the QB and in our case Jake. Whiz without a reliable QB is NO better than Munch and his record bears that out. I know people think Munch is the worst coach ever but if he had a good QB last season he would still be coaching in Tennessee, everyone knows that. If Jake sucks or gets hurt next season Whiz won't be able to save us just like Munch couldn't.

Our roster may not be as good as we make it out to be, but the worst in the league?

    No way.

It's still a terrible group of WRs. Terrible. Those guys are both 31 years old and not that great. Knowing you, you'd probably take them over Wright and Hunter though.

And they lost their starting CB and SS.

They've easily had the roughest offseason of any team.

Yes, it will take time, but they added pieces and have better coaching. The backup qb spot is worse because they are drafting one this year...you will see....Relax and give it some time is all I am saying.

Now we are talking...This team CLEARLY needs an identity. I personally want that to be the Defense, but if it's not that, they need a QB. Simply put. Jake is not the future. Accept it. The Titans need a serious direction change and to form quality players.

    It's all about name recognition.

Like I said, the Seahawks did not have one household name in preseason 2012 (Lynch, but in a bad way). Two years later, one NFC championship game appearance, and 1 SB win.

These preseason talk things aren't worth a thing. Worthless as power rankings.. all for talk and website hits (ad money)
