Let's said he hires one his new England homies and we got backwards instead of forward ..

Then yea his career could be on the line but that years from now.

 

This is definitely the biggest decision of J-Rob's Titans career. His hire.

But I wouldn't fire him if his first HC doesn't work out. He drafts well. U end up with more Ruston Webster's than Jon Robinson's. Gimme JRob.

 

My thoughts exactly.

 

Vrabel made a good perennial defense garbage his one and only year as DC.

Optimistic about this hiring. If this guy is a dud, JRob deserves the axe. His last draft was trash and free agency was nothing to write about. Let's hope we finally get Mariota some help instead of surrounding him with loser coaches....

 

This could probably be Mariota's career on the line. If Vrabel and company aren't the right fit for Marcus, then his career will be a wash in Nashville.

So much is on the line with this Vrabel hiring.

 

No way they make this hire in the dark about who is running the offense. That is assuredly well in hand.

I would agree. It is a weird business where one mistake could be considered a career ender.
