If the Titans had just kept Carr we we wouldn't be having this discussion. Not only that but what are the Titans lacking? Depth at CB. We let go arguably our best return man since pacman and although he wasn't the best back up CB in the league at least he was a guy that could help fill in If need be.

Ringer until Mouton is 100%, which could be as soon as next week.

I'm hoping that we don't put Finnegan on punt returns this week, he needs all his energy for his defensive snaps. Also, we're shallow at CB, if he got hurt on a return, it would be doubly painful.

Just say NO to Henry, he'd find a way to run into the goalpost, or the opposing team's bench.

So you dont want him to score? pacman ran into the goalpost all the time but he still gave us points.

I don't know or care who we have returning kicks/punts. My only concern is whoever it is, better hold onto that ball, and give us decent field position.

How many times do i have to say this? We didn't let Carr go. He left. It wasn't about the money. He left because he wanted a shot a cb, but we only wanted him as a returner and a backup. He wanted a bigger role and apparently believed he could have one in baltimore. So we never let him go, he left. It wasn't our decision. He just knew he couldn't make a push for cb.

We've had this discussion before, but it's only rumor that being a PT getting corner (which he isn't in BAL either) was the main reason he went to Baltimore. Money eases a lot of egos. Don't you think he would've chosen a team that guarantees him playing time if that were the sole factor?

If it was the main reason he signed with them, then he's an idiot.

It was the money, it always is.

We did let him go. He did say he wanted to stay here, and everybody knows the Ravens offered him more money. With harper being old, he had just as good, or a better chance to play CB here. Think about it.

IT WAS THE MONEY. end of discussion. I'm sick of arguing it.. and you would have a point if he were a starter in Baltimore.

Its no rumor. I wish i had a link to the quote, he said he loves tennessee and wouldn't mind being payed less. However he did not feel he had a chance of pushing for a defensive role on this team. aybe baltimore wants more depth and he found that situation was best. It wasn't about money. Especially when he said it himself. Now maybe baltimore paid him more. But im telling you, the main reason he left was in order to expand his role.

"It's not about the money." was the exact same thing that Haynesworth said at the time of his departure.
    Just sayin'
