Seems like just yesterday, Haynesworth decided to make whine with a cowboy's face. People league-wide were shocked, and our own fans were calling for his head. I'd say at least 80% were saying he shouldn't be a Titan anymore.
A few of us though predicted the future by saying (just as it will be with pacman) that they'd change their tone completely if Al came back and dominated.
So, exactly one season later, where are we? Haynesworth is being considered the most disruptive DT in football, and everyone loves him. Just think about this incident while saying things like "pacman will never be a titan again". This coaching staff knows you don't find certain players every draft year, so you better believe that talent comes first and image/morals come second.

I would love to see Adam Jones be a Titan again.

I would also love for him to come to his senses about a few street icons, and speak out against them like a sane man would.

Odds are neither will happen though.

i can say i was never one of those fans that wanted him gone. plus he is still young, maybe he will finally grow up and just be the beast he always should have been for years to come.

It all depended on how he reacted. Albert gave an apology that showed a ton of contrition, and seemed sincere. He went to anger management classes, and served his suspension. Since coming back, he's been quiet and said all the right things when the media came to him. This week, he talked about how lucky he is to be allowed to play, and about the team. He's shown a high level of maturity, enough for me to forgive what he did, cautiously.

I've never made any predictions that Pacman wouldn't/shouldn't play for us again. I've had doubts, and still do, but it certainly could happen. However, I feel he deserves it less than Albert, because of the way he's reacted to the situation.

People like to forgive, but it all depends upon the reaction of the person.

That's right. AH stepped forward immediatly after the stomping game and apologized, said he was wrong/it was all his fault, said how he disgraced himself and his family his team etc.

He served his suspension without appealing or trying to come back sooner, he did postive community service during his suspension and has improved his game since coming back.

Comparing AH to Pac is apples and oranges.

Hoffa is right. What AH did was disgusting, but at least he showed some sign that he knew what he did was wrong. I have never seen that from Pacman and will be shocked if I ever do.

You mean aside from his charity work, doing all Goodell wants him to do and apologising to fans WHILE never actually being convicted of anything.

Oh and Haynesworth had this kind of history dating back to college as well.

That's the thing. A lot of contradictions and hypocrisy here. Just because Haynesworth is better at making public apologies? lol And many people didn't buy his apology anyway, and thought it seemed insincere.
But we can't forget. Haynesworth apologized shortly after the incident, and people were calling for his head well AFTER he did so. So that 'seeming sorry' story doesn't hold up as a cover up for those that turned 180 once he began beasting.

Because as soon as Pacman is back to doing his thing, people will say the same thing. Well, I think he was sorry. lol
