The call I had an issue with last week was the catch we challenged and they gave to them. The ground clearly helped him make the catch. His hands weren't even underneath the ball. The whole nose of the ball hit the ground and bobbled.

I'm not complaining about the calls because good teams overcome them, but we have had some bad calls against us. Even some of the other team's fans have pointed some of them out.

Exactly why CJ averaged over 4 a carry. If we would have got more opportunities he would have ran for a lot more yards. But we fell behind too early and got away from our game plan.

Anyways, can we get this thread back on track? I might buy me a Schwenke jersey :D.

I'm willing to say the Verner is a playmaker and deserves a bigger salary and can help us win games. While it's difficult to say "this one guy won the game for us", I can say Verner was involved in key plays to help us win this year.

My guess is Verner will get a bigger offer from outside of the Titans - I think he doesn't fit the prototype corner that our d-coords are looking for (based on they really wanted Campbell to challenge for that slot) - but I hope there's a way he can fit with the Titans going forward. He makes plays.

I'm hoping we retain verner as well, but I'm gonna be honest in saying we shouldn't over pay. He's made plays and is definitely killing it but dude is also a liability. Hopefully he decides to give us a home team discount and stick with us. Doubtful and there's not very much reason to get in a bidding war in Free agency for him.

Schwenke looked way better than I thought he would against the 49ers front seven. It actually makes me excited for the running game the rest of the year.

Also props to Munch playing him last week and not waiting till after the bye. I questioned the move at first, but he held his own and got his feet wet in a real game. Should be better moving forward.
