According to ProFootballTalk, the Raiders have made a "lowball" offer to Brady Quinn. If he accepts, he'll be first pick in the draft.

This would be a shock considering everyone has the Raiders selecting either Calvin Johnson or JaMarcus Russell. However, it could also be a smokescreen or misinformation to try and get Johnson or Russell to sign for less.

There's no way he'll accept a "lowball" offer just to be the first pick in the draft. Hell you couldn't pay me enough to play behind that line.

lol @ trying to offer to make Russell and Calvin act quicker. It's the Raiders, and I bet they're all praying they don't get drafted by them.
