    JCB, everyone said Dennis Allen was horrible from the start.

    The Raiders are the dumbest organization in the league. Fire a coach who sweeps their division. Then fire a guy after he goes 8-8 his first season. Hire Dennis Allen.

    Brutal.

    Oh... and Jason Garrett may actually survive if he continues to commit to the run.
