I thought our special teams was a lot better last year.

It was.. and it's because JRob brought in ST aces like Bates, Trawick & Weems. They were all great gunners.

 

Every one has been "great" except the guys you listed. (That's a joke, I recognize that's the entire FA list Jr has signed)

Fairness though, Matthews has played to his contract, Murray did his first year, Ben jones did his first year, I thought ryan played well, and those ST guys were paid like ST guys.

No one great, but solid additions and mostly cost efficient.

 

And most of them was considered among the best in the FA class.

 

I think JRob does pretty goog at getting the money he spends out of the players he signs. Sometimes that leads to missing out in the "best" FA players tha sign their inflated requested contract with whatever team throws cash quick at them.
