Jon Robinson likes to bring in great players, only at the right value. He's not going to overspend, and he sure is not going to be quiet in free agency.

I expect one to two key signings. A backup quarterback and safety.
Morgan Burnett and Drew Stanton.

Noone this organization still doesn't do anything in FA worth mentioning. Probably more backup lineman who suck

 

we didnt go after a washed up(probably) corner that may or may not fit our scheme. We must be stupid or somethin. Probably gonna lose 15 games this year

 

Not to hate on Robinson but that strategy has led to us disgustingly overpaying trash players like Cyprien and Sly Williams while elite guys like A.J. Bouye put their teams over the top.

 

I think Robinson’s strategy was appropriate in the process of turning a trash roster into a playoff team. We had zero depth and lots of crap starters.

That’s done. Now it’s time to turn us into a super bowl contender. To do that, you need to bring in not just depth and low end starters, but difference makers.

 

John Sullivan. Could see him coming in on a 1 year 1 million dollar deal.

 

Yep. He's gotten everything this offseason right so far so I'm hoping he'll be on the hunt for some star power like Allen Robinson. Should be a really exciting week coming up.
