Possible Coaches?

No chance in hell he's coming back. He's slowly building his team up and competing. Finally found a RB, they need a QB and a #1 WR now.

Well I just saw a Les Miles suggestion so I want to get in on the fun



but no seriously give me Hue Jackson. Dude was fired from the Raiders after going 8-8 and posting a top 10 offense, developed Flacco his first couple of years, and has done a fine job with the Bengals this year. He's coached every position, except OL, and has found success at each stop. He knows offense and could do wonders for Mariota.

 

If he can only have team with 10 potential hof guys, he will be successful. Gurley wil do well but won't win sh2t with the fishstache.

 

Bring back Munch as OL coach, he was the best.
Should have never made him HC, he was a legend here at OL and as OL coach....

 

If we hired Reich we could call our selves the 4th Reich.

 

He would also be the 4th coach in 3 seasons.

 

To be perfectly honest....that's exactly who (Hugh Jackson) I think we will go after. And I'm ok with that. I guess he's earned it. I just hope he doesn't do like Whisenhunt did and mess with a good thing on defense, by turning over the entire defensive staff. Try to keep Horton and LeBeau, if possible.

I firmly believe Whisenhunt could have won several games last year if he had kept Greg Williams as the DC. Flipping the defensive staff was our main undoing. Mettenberger was the other main contributing factor.
