Plenty of Similarities Between Titans and Vikings

This games gonna be a two hour long slug fest...I can't wait

 

I think it comes down to the play of Frerotte versus Collins. I like our chances better.

 

I honestly think our secondary is going to be the game breaker this time around, these are nearly identical teams except our secondary is very good and theirs is very average at best. Special teams will probably play quite a roll as well, we just need to play some solid, fundamental football and I think we've got this

 

I think the Vikes secondary is quite underrated. Sharper is a play-maker, Winfield will knock your lights out and CGriffin isn't that bad either. I agree with both posters above that said this will be an absolute slugfest and will all come down to which of the two QBs makes the least costly mistakes. I think we're going to see alot of 3-5 step drops and quick routes, screens to neutralize the pass rush. This one is going to be ugly.

 

These next two games will go a long way to showing everyone if KMFC and these WRs can do it, therefor putting all the pressure on VY to become a real NFL QB.

 

Tru dat....KC needs to have himself a breakout game to show he can truly carry the load because he's more or less going to have to against the Vikings run-D. And I love hearing all the Viking fans talking about us being 'much worse then our record shows' and the Titans not being the real deal because they haven't faced any competition. Hopefully their coaching staff writes us off too

 

I hate that whole cop out "much worse than our record shows".

We shut down Fred Taylor and MJD in week one, who, in my opinion, single handedly beat the colts last week (a team that beat the vikings).

oh too quickly people write us off. We'll show them. Its at LP Field, our home. Our defense is going to DESTROY Adrian Peterson and Gus. Our offense may struggle a little, but with Finny and Griffin constantly picking off passes, we shouldn't have any problems. Also we lead the league in red zone efficiency (something I haven't seen in a LONG time, were'nt we dead last in the 07 season?)
