From ESPN (not my favorite by any means) has this as a story about Mularkey and his well timed challenges. Basically, he missed another opportunity to make a huge game altering challenge but didn't (I also blame the upstairs crew for Ten). The fumble into the EZ recovered by SF ultimately called back for O PI could have actually been the Titans ball. The rule about "reestablishing yourself in bounds" could have come into play by the guy that recovered the fumble. By him not reestablishing himself, it should have been Titans ball after a touchback as essentially that guy was just extending the out of bounds line.
