Needing a permit is a legit point. Why would it not be loaded? No one carries a gun that isn't loaded. As far as the safety goes- just a stupid mistake.

He's going to get far more than he 'deserves'.

 

I'm with you on that. His teammate just got hijacked just a couple of weeks before the incident. So no 3 years is not justified. It's another case of "common folks jealous of people with money" if you ask me.

 

Yeah. I'm not anti-guns, but most would consider me pretty close. I don't understand why common people feel the need to have them. But again, if you're a target for theft- it only makes sense.
Lance Schulters was hi-jacked in broad daylight in Nashville for his car. Not that having a gun would have made that situation any better, but it's just the point that their image alone puts them at higher risk than the rest of us.
