    Todays Tennessean, 6-2-07;
    "Georgia cornerback Paul Oliver, (6-0, 208), will be one of the top players available in July's supplemental draft and he's someone the Titans might consider. (A 5th year senior)He started every game for the Bulldogs last season and limited Calvin Johnson to just two catches. Was projected as a late second rounder or early 3rd. If a team makes a selection in the supplemental draft, it must forfeit its pick in that same round in the '08 draft.".
    Would you consider this guy?

    Personally, I don't know enough about him, I should, he's an SEC player. The thought of giving up a high 2008 draft pick worries me though. The reason he passed on the draft, (I think) was because of his grades while in college, but was projected to go high. So I'm kinda torn on this one. If he would have been available in the second round or third, would we have taken him?
    Another option would be to see if he gets passed over and sign him as an undrafted rookie. (We picked up a player like that last year but I can't remember who it was).

    Yeah I've heard of him he played well against alot of teams including Auburn, Tennessee, and Georgia Tech. I wouldn't mind having him. Depending on Pac-man, Harper might struggle in a new defense formation, and then Hill might not be a future starter for the Titans because of Griffin which will eventually go back to Safety and then Finnegan.

    first of all,
    Harper will get smoked in our scheme
    Reynaldo has already been smoked in our scheme
    Griffin is a frickin safety (and is better suited to play such)
    Finnegan shows promise but is probably a career nickle
    Waddell is not an option anywhere but ST
    Woolfolk is not an option ..... anywhere at all
    and we all know the Jones situation

    there's plenty of room for another corner
    Oliver and Herndon would certainly be upgrades over Waddell and Woolfolk
