Classic Fisher. The statement is very open to interpretation by the reader. You can't really tell whether it's punishment or if it's just a practical matter.

Of course, if it is punishment, it's not really a very harsh punishment. I mean he's not going to be deducted anything in his pay for not being part of the offseason conditioning program as far as I know.

Regardless of the consequences (which is all "he said/she said" at this point), there's still a chance he could get 5 years for it.

Obstuction for taking a swing at a police officer, running from the police, and admitting to using drugs, on top of the breaking and entering by running into "a house" where this all took place.

Shakey stories need time to gather evidence. 5 years, uhhh no...

5 years is the maximum sentence.

You're right there, but he wouldn't get 5 years :)

I agree. It could be either, abd probably is a practical matter....but notice how the thread is titled "Pacman BANNED".

They could, but that'd be even dumber than trading him for a 7th round pick, since we'd get nothing in return.

Even if we cut Pacman, he's going to another team to play. Someone will take him within a few days of his release, and he might get a big pay day.

It might turn out a big hassle and on the reverse side, Jeff might let him back, and what if Pac doesn't want to play for the Titans anymore?
