    I hope he is made to serve the fullest penalty allowed under Tennessee law. The longer he is in jail the better off everyone, including Pacman will be. That dope belongs in jail. If it worked for me, it can work for him.

    Also in the Tennessean...

    If he goes to jail for this, does it guarantee that he won't be back at week ten? Does this have as great an effect as the vegas charges?

    Yeah- just because it is Pac. But it won't have any effect on his suspension. It is going to take new incidents to effect what Goodell has already laid out.

    Not to take Pacman's side, but until you are proven guilty of another crime, how can you violate your probation?

    It's definitely possible to violate probation without committing a crime. Sometimes little things like going out of state, drinking any alcohol at all, etc. can constitute a violation.
