Ourlads Scouting's three round mock

There is no way that Tank Tyler will drop into the 3rd round, he is an animal... :grrhee:

 

I love Willis, but with our current state of affairs, I see that mock going more like this.

1) Chris Houston, CB Ark

2) Reggie Nelson, FS, Fla

3) Victor Abiamiri, DE Notre Dame


...and THAT would be suhweeeeet.

 

I would love to draft Willis... but I can't see the Titans' using the first round pick on a position that is only on the field approximately 30% of the time in our system. I agree w/glinks on one of the first two pick's... I can see the first two pick's like this...

1. Chris Houston CB

2. Jason Hill WR

 

that would be great if it were possible, but no way nelson will fall that far. once can only hope though.

 

so you're saying he's not even worth our second round pick? you wouldn't even say he's one of the top 50 players in this draft?

Did you look at the mock posted in this thread? they have Nelson going to STL two picks after us in the second

 

That site is horrible if they have Nelson going that far.

 

I would go after Meriweather ( Miami ) or Griffin ( Texas ) in the second... I would consider Nelson in the 3rd or 4th round if Meriweather was off the board come our second pick and it created value. I would also consider Rouse ( V-Tech ) before Nelson in the 3rd... Just my opinion though.

 

I concur, noway Nelson drops that far, especially now that supposedly aced his proday.

 

not sure how close that (or any) mock is to reality

for example, the Outland Mock has Damein Hughes 73rd overall and by contrast NFLDC has him at 28

and in the 3rd, instead of Tank Tyler, I could almost sneak in Kenny Irons or possibly Troy Smith (for future trade purposes :wink2: )

 

If the draft did go in that order I would love our picks. It's exactly what we need. Defense.
