Depending on what the asking price is I’d be all in. He’s already signed long term.
He's a complete baby, I thought he was gonna cry on the sideline last night. That said, I wouldn't be opposed to bringing him in as what you described could be a pretty lethal offense. It'll never happen though, can't see JR wanting that kind of me-first player on the roster. Although that Giants team is an absolute mess right now.
holy cow this thread is still going. ill be shocked if we make a move for a WR outside of crap FAs
Titans WRs are at the bottom of the league, WR talk will be rampant around here for months if nothing is done
Realistically, though, what WRs are out there who are available and can come into a new system and produce?
It's a sad situation, but it's pretty late in the season to expect a turnkey solution. The few WRs that are available now aren't going to turn anything around, imho.
There are some pros suited for the challenge. It's not a 1 week quick fix to trade for a guy, but over the course of the next 3 months theres no reason not to expect a veteran playmaker to be able to overcome being traded midseason.
If JR thinks this is a year we can make a run, he should be making a move for a WR. Or at the very least a TE Marcus isnt afraid to throw to.
FA's...I don't see any that could make a difference
Trade...Parker, Cooper, Treadwell, Demariyus Thomas
Don't see JRob making any moves though
Id stay away from OBJ..too much drama
I'd stay away from OBJ
To fix the giants trade Manning, Trade Beckham
Draft QB high, fix the O line with a decent guard
That sounds good, but who do you have in mind? There's not a single FA I'd trust to do the job.
Trading for a WR is equally risky... Who is a candidate that won't screw us in cap-space? We have a few big contracts coming up to consider ..
Read the first post of this thread for guys I'd be ok trading for
