When you say we... do you mean the Browns? Because they're the ones who traded out of the #2 pick last year to give up Wentz.

Maybe TWW2 has just been posting on the wrong message board all along and is really a Browns fan. That would actually make a lot of sense.

 

Expecting fans here to be realistic or honest about Mariota is like expecting your nieces to give a negative review of 1Direction.

they both have. If Mariota hasn't manned up and spoke his mind about the playcalling then that is a leadership issue

Yeah wentz would be a perfect pairing with the genius that is mike mularkey and robiskie.just imagine the possibilities.

 

After taking Mariota #2 the year before? That would have been a mind-blowingly huge and insane risk to take.

There's not a single NFL exec that would think that would have been a good idea.

Sure we can say Wentz is a good player after he has a great MNF game, but to think that he was head and shoulders above Mariota coming out of college is completely insane.

And for arguments sake, if somehow we had taken Wentz, there's nothing to say he'd be any better than Mariota here with our coaching.

 

IF he is active next week, I can see them sprinkling him in the game and not putting him out there for a partial or full work load.
