ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. The Titans snapped one ugly early-game trend in their win over the Bills, but saw another one continue.

When Chris Johnson scored from 16 yards out 4:22 into the game, it marked the first time the Titans had scored an offensive touchdown in the first quarter this season. Overall against the Bills, the Titans were perfect in the red zone, scoring touchdowns on all four of their drives inside Buffalo 20.

“We’ve been moving the ball,” coach Mike Munchak said. “Last week we went down and got held to a field goal. So we were moving it, just not finishing drives. Today, we finished drives throughout the day.”

On the other hand, when the Bills marched 83 yards to tie the score a few minutes later, it marked the seventh time in seven games that a Titans opponent had scored on its first or second drive.
