Did you know that Justin Houston is 5 years OLDER than Marcus Mariota, but they have exactly the same number of letters in their names?!

That one’s dumb. If we just assume every pass thrown to the EZ was a TD, Mariota would have (maybe) doubled his TD #s to a pedestrian level vice garbagio.

Just read on BR that the Colts are “one of free agencies big winners”. Um, how? Yeah they overpaid a 30 year old Justin Houston and WAY over paid a consistently underperforming Funchess, but they really did little to bolster a playoff team with loads of spending cash. They could have loaded up for a run this year but I really don’t see them improving much with these two adds. In fact, I’d say the Titans and Jags both did more to improve their squads than Indy.

 

So apparently the Patriots tried “aggressively” to sign Jared Cook but he chose the Saints instead. Sounds like the Pats have been whiffing a few times this offseason, makes me wonder if the former comments from players that New England is “no fun” is having an impact.
