SUMMARY: I’m back over .500 and it’s about time. That Kansas City vs. Denver game was a pretty big surprise. Other than that there weren’t that many upsets. A couple of upsets but that happens every week. This is the time when you can really evaluate a team and how they might fare for the rest of the season. So why don’t we go ahead and get started.

    Last week results: 8-5
    Overall: 31-29

I think the Colts/Texans game is going to be emotional with it being the first since the hurricane. The Colts will be flat after the bye. Slanton will run wild. I'm taking the Texans in their first win of the season.

The Bengals the worst team in the NFL?? I think not... At least they're not getting blown out every week like the Rams and Lions.

They lost week 1 in Baltimore by 7..... Week 2 the wind wouldn't let them do what they do best.... Week 3 they almost beat the SB champs.... Week 4, they had play Fitzpatrick and still came close despite his 3 picks.

Cincinatti is gonna cover that spread and that is the lock of the week.

Minnesota will also beat the Saints

Maybe ezeblazin needs to throw down his picks for the week to make things a bit interesting. Maybe the two can put a little sig bet on the table.

sigh...we still let this guy make picks?

    Indy -3 over Houston
    titans -3 over ratbirds
    bolts -6.5 over phins
    KC over panthers -9.5
    Philly -5.5 over Skins
    Chicago -3.5 over Lions
    Green Bay -7 over Atlanta
    Gmen -7 over Hawks
    Tampa over Broncos -3
    New England -3 over 9ers'
    the Flo over Arizona (PK)
    Dallas -17.5 over Cincinnati
    Faguars -4 over Pitt
    Norleans -4 over Minnysohtah

pretty confident about these picks. Easily a winning group but no real risks in them, played it pretty safe. Stick with these and you'll do well in the pickem's

  8. For what it's worth:

I can't pass up 17.5 points - going with the Bengals in a loss closer than the line.

Agree - Green Bay over Atlanta should be more like a 10-14 point line. A young Falcons team- talented yes- just not showing up yet.

Tennessee in a close game, if the line is under 3 other wise taking the points with TN winning by 1 or 2

I like Washington normally- this week going with the Eagles.

Sometimes the obvious- is not so... in the NFL.

    Good Luck!

to the naked eye its a no brainer to take the Bengals with the 17 and a half points, but Carson Palmer WILL NOT be playing this game despite what you've heard. Ryan Fitzpatrick, take the Boyz.

  10. That is a Game Changer! Thanks for pointing that out!
