I didn't see if he was ejected (it was a personal foul so probably not) but clearly leading with the helmet. I think the circumstances of Adams going out cold like that was an accident. It was crazy that his helmet was still right up against the other guy and had no where to go.

 

He wasn't ejected. I think he probably gets multiple games. It was one of the dirtier plays I've seen in a while. The play was over. Adams was wrapped up and going down. Trevathan speared him in the helmet.

 

Yeah that was bad...That was anger and frustration

Also, is spearing not a rule anymore? Has it just evolved into something else? The referee essentially made up a rule last night when he was explaining the foul. (Helmet to helmet contact on a runner, which I thought was legal) I was just like, whytf didnt you just call spearing?

 

Watching the monday night game so envious of the Redskins D, they are legit. I also couldnt help thinking how MM8 would thrive with KC's offense, it fits his skill sets compared to the garbage we see every weekend.

 

So glad we don't have that bum Pickston on this team.
